Wavin since 91, with no music trainning or knowledge,to speak of, began spinning only 4 years ago. Playing events in the Bay Area came perhaps too soon before i was really ready. Stiff compitition and a side of lame politics came to be a regular in the area. With an obsessive-like viewand practice regiment began performing at bigger shows next to more renound talent. With Morgan of Lotek Records guidence And The ever sexy DJ D to look up to I landed a Mirage residency. Comprised of Majere,Denise,Micheal Lui,and Lil ole me. Throwing and having hands in some of the bays most recent and larger events I learned ALL the aspects of the "scene". Good and bad. Mr. Lui choose to add me to The Illumination Records Team, witch is an honor. His talent is matched by his love of the music and community. Therefore in lies my eagerness to do well for our mutual benifit. After a break from live shows to learn music and how to make it I am hungry to be on stage for huge crowds but hoping to find the real ravers who trully have "PLUR" as their driving force. |
